0600 Pick up from Woodham CTC or agreed point
if young person lives too far from school and needs
a lift
0630 Set off to Whitehaven
0930 First leg of ride to Keswick
1800 Arrive Keswick
Camping to be confirmed.
Staff and young people to make tea (or buy)
and lunch for next day

0900 Second leg to Bank House Farm Little Salkend
1800 Arrive Salkeld

0900 Final leg to Roker Beach
1600 Arrive Roker Beach
If parents want to meet us they can take young people home

| CATS will provide all bikes, helmets, gloves, camel backs, cycling shorts and water proof trousers, coats and sleeping bags if required.
During the ride all water, snacks and fruit will be supplied.
